Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy – BM Performance Physiotherapy
We understand that life is busy and plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to help us offer consistent care to all clients.
1. Cancellations
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Missed appointments without notice will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost
2. Running Late
If you're running late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you. However, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting other clients.
3. Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll always do our best to be fair and flexible.
